Return Policy

We understand that sometimes things change and you may have to return your order. That’s why we’ve set you a 30-day return policy.

30-day satisfaction guarantee

You can return goods purchased from us within 30 days of receipt, but if you decide to return the goods after 14 days but no later than 30 days after receipt, return fees may apply (see details).

Here’s how our returns policy works – within 30 days of receipt of any products purchased from us, you can return them for a refund, exchange or store credit for future purchases if:

(a) you received the product with damaged or contaminated packaging;

(b) you have received a defective or otherwise bad product;

(c) you have received a faulty product;

(d) you have changed your mind and want to return the product unused and unopened.

We offer this 30-day return policy only for products purchased on this website / If you have purchased Myluntu detox patches or similar products from other sellers, please refer to the purchase site for returns as such returns may be subject to the seller’s policies, which are beyond our control.

Please note that shipping costs are not refundable if the product is returned more than 14 days after delivery or if you choose express delivery.

Return Rates

If you inform us within 14 days of receipt of your purchase that you wish to return the goods, there are no return fees and we will issue a full refund as soon as we have received your purchase.

If you inform us that you wish to return your purchased goods after 14 days but within 30 days of receipt, an additional 15% restocking fee will apply. So the refund you receive will be 15% less than the amount you paid us for the product.

Steps To Take When Returning a Product

Step 1 – Contact our customer service team by filling in the contact form within 30 days of receiving the ordered products. Please provide Customer Service with your name, email address, order number and a brief description of why you want to return the product.

Step 2 – Our customer service team will respond to your request within 3 working days and, if your return request meets the conditions set out in this Returns Policy and Terms of Service, our customer service team will provide a Returns Management Authorisation (“RMA”) number and a return address.

Step 3 – Repackage your product safely and securely, affix the RMA form provided to you in a prominent position on the packaging and send the returned products to us at the return address provided by our Customer Service team. Please note that we will only be able to accept returns if they are accompanied by an RMA number and sent to the Returns Address provided by us. Defective goods must be returned unused, in manufacturer’s condition, in their original and undamaged packaging

Step 4 – Send us the tracking number of the returned parcel. Please note that return shipping charges will not be refunded or reimbursed unless you are returning a faulty item. Also, as our warehouse may refuse returns without tracking numbers, please make sure to use registered mail or another tracked shipping method and remember to provide us with the tracking number.

Step 5 – Once we have received the returned goods and inspected them, we will refund your money within 14 days. Please note that unless you are returning a faulty item:

(a) we will not refund your return shipping charges;

(b) we will apply a 15% restocking fee to all non-EU customers;

(c) for all EU customers, the restocking fee will only apply if you decide to return the products you have purchased after 14 days of receipt of the goods, but within 30 days at the latest. These amounts will be deducted from the total amount of the return.

Once a refund has been made, it usually takes up to 3-5 working days for the funds to show up on your bank statements. The funds will be returned to the original payment source you used to pay for your order.
